The project focuses on developing the competences of academic teachers and doctoral students in modern teaching methods, including digital competences that support engaging and effective teaching as well as the effective assessment of learning outcomes. It also includes the development of competences that encourage active student participation, teaching in English, and the development of attitudes and knowledge supporting the green transition and sustainable development. Universal design is another important element of the project, aimed at creating an accessible and inclusive learning environment that takes into account different learning styles and students’ individual abilities.
At the same time, the project aims to strengthen the education quality assurance system by developing tools for course evaluation, including solutions that enable the analysis of student survey results and the collection of ongoing feedback after classes. These activities will be complemented by methodological support, including teaching consultations, asynchronous courses for newly employed academic teachers, and a practical teaching toolkit.
The project will be implemented from 1 January 2026 to 31 December 2028 at the Centre for Innovative Education (Project Manager: Prof. Agnieszka Merkisz-Guranowska).
The total eligible expenditure of the project amounts to PLN 1,859,664.00, including PLN 1,787,664.00 in co-financing.
