We are pleased to announce that 18 lecturers representing various departments and units of Poznan University of Technology have successfully completed the course, obtaining the Academic Tutor certificate.

The participants gained knowledge and practical tools to effectively conduct tutoring, work individually with their students and develop their potential. With the new qualification, tutors will be able to better engage students in the educational process, support them in discovering their talents and help them achieve ambitious goals.

The completed course represents another step in the development of the competencies of our academic staff, underscoring the university's commitment to improving the quality of education and the individual approach to students. We believe that the implementation of tutoring methods will contribute to even more effective support of young scientists andand future professionals as they progress in their academic and career journeys.
